Start with the life you have in mind
Where do you want to live? How often will you use the home? Are you looking for peace and quiet, liveliness, returns, or a place where family and friends come together?
We do not start by sending you listings. First we map out what the home should mean for you. We look at location, budget, intended use, accessibility, maintenance, rental potential and future plans, among other things.
That way we are not just searching for a house that looks good, but for a home that will still suit you in the long run.

Even if you have found an interesting property yourself or through an estate agent, you can bring in Mavi Moments.
Before you sign a reservation, pay a deposit or sign an arras contract, we investigate the legal and practical situation of the property. That way you know which risks, obligations and points of attention exist before you commit yourself.

We discuss your wishes, budget and plans. You gain insight into suitable areas, property types, additional purchase costs and important choices to make in advance.

Searching and viewing
We help you assess properties and locations. During viewings we look not only at atmosphere and appearance, but also at maintenance, surroundings, accessibility and possible risks.

Negotiation
Together we set a realistic negotiation strategy. We take into account the asking price, the condition of the property, the market situation and the legal and technical findings.

Legal checks
Before you sign, the ownership situation, registrations, charges, permits, debts and relevant documents are examined. Where needed, we work with a lawyer, architect, notary or other specialist.

Reservation and arras contract
We guide you through the agreements around the reservation, the arras contract (preliminary purchase contract) and the deposit. So it is clear under which conditions you are buying and what happens if one of the parties does not honour the agreement.

Notary and completion
We prepare the completion, coordinate with the parties involved and check what is needed for signing. If you cannot be present yourself, the purchase can be completed through a power of attorney.

After the keys are handed over
After the purchase we can help you with the practical start-up of your home. Think of utilities, insurance, taxes, key management, maintenance, furnishing and management while you are away.
The purchase is therefore not the end of our guidance, but the beginning of good ownership.
Additional inspections and advice
Depending on the property and your situation, we can bring in additional specialists. These services are optional and are discussed separately in advance.
Inspection of installations
A specialist checks, for example, the electrical installation, water pipes, air conditioning, heating and other technical systems.
Pool inspection
For properties with a pool, an additional check can look at possible leaks and the condition of the pump, filters, pipes and other equipment.
Structural survey
An architect from our network assesses the condition of the property and flags visible defects, overdue maintenance and possible risks. For older properties, renovations or doubts about the structure, further investigation may be advised.
Advice on a Spanish mortgage
Would you like to finance the purchase in full or in part? Then we put you in touch with a mortgage adviser experienced in Spanish financing and international buyers.
Mavi Moments keeps these investigations aligned with the purchase, so the findings can be taken into account in time for the negotiation and your decision.
Independent, on your side
The selling agent primarily represents the seller. Mavi Moments stands beside you as the buyer.
We are not selling you a specific property and we have no interest in a purchase going through at all costs. If something is not right about a property, if the risks are too great or if the price is out of proportion to what you are getting, we will say so.
Our goal is not that you buy as quickly as possible. Our goal is that you are still happy with your decision afterwards.
